We identified that point-based volumetric modelling can become one of the focuses for this programme, which combines the expertise of Aberystwyth, Cardiff and Swansea together. In addition, we would like to explore the physical and mathematical concepts of point-based volumetric modelling, and to develop a fundamental understanding of the subject, with an aim for high impact research output.
